Candidates - Competition Process
- Each entering company will have nominated a company coordinator who will be the link between Pf Awards and the candidates
- All entries need to come to Pf Awards via the company coordinator
- Please note that all candidates need to be available for both the Assessment day and the Pf Awards dinner
Step 1
Each candidate nomination needs to be accompanied by an ‘Email entry application’. The ‘Email entry application’ can be downloaded here.

Step 2
The completed ‘Email entry application’ needs to be validated by a second Line Manager; then returned to us at
pfawards@pharmafield.co.uk by Monday 28th January 2008 – 5pm
Step 3
Once a panel of judges has screened the ‘Email entry applications’, the candidates will hear if they are through to the Assessment day by Friday 15th February 2008 via email
The ‘Ethical Leadership in Sales’ award is slightly different. The candidates will not be assessed on this at the Assessment day. If their entry is successful and they get to the second round they will participate in a telephone assessment the week beginning Monday 18th February 2008.
Step 4
The Assessment day on Wednesday 5th March 2008 is the opportunity for candidates to prove their selling and presentation skills
Step 5
The Pf Awards dinner on Thursday 13th March 2008, is the opportunity for all candidates, company colleagues and sponsors to find out who the winners for each category are, and to find out who is the ‘Outstanding Performer for the Pf Awards 2008
