Pf Awards 2009 - Competition Process

Once again the streamlined fast track entry process means that all you need to do is nominate top performing candidates into each category
Unlimited entries per category
No cost to nominate candidates
Each entering company will have nominated a company coordinator who will be the link between Pf Awards and the candidates
All entries need to come to Pf Awards via the company coordinator
Please note that all candidates need to be available for both the Assessment day and the Pf Awards dinner

Pf Awards 2009 – competition process

Step 1

Each candidate nomination needs to be accompanied by an ‘Email entry application’. The ‘Email entry application’ can be downloaded here. Cross-functional Partnership | Learning & Development Initiative | Partnership Leader | Ethical Leadership | Account Team | Account Management | Business Manager | Nurse Manager | New Representative | New Nurse Advisor | New Hospital Representative | Experienced Representative | Experienced Nurse Advisor | Experienced Hospital Representative

Step 2

The completed ‘Email entry application’ needs to be validated by a second Line Manager; then returned to us at pfawards@pharmafield.co.uk by 5pm on Monday 26th January 2009.

Step 3

Once a panel of judges has screened the ‘Email entry applications’, the candidates will be informed by email, if they are through to the Assessment day by Thursday 12th February 2009.

The ‘Ethical Leadership in Sales’ award is slightly different. The candidates will not be assessed on this at the Assessment day. If their entry is successful and they get to the second round they will participate in a telephone assessment the week beginning Monday 23^rd February 2009.

Step 4

The Assessment day, which is being held on Wednesday 4^th March 2009 at the Walkers Football Stadium in Leicestershire, is the opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their selling and presentation skills.

Please note that for health and safety purposes, only candidates that are invited to attend the assessment day will be able to attend on Wednesday 4^th March 2009.

Step 5

The Pf Awards dinner, which is being held on Thursday 12th March 2009 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, is the opportunity for all candidates, company colleagues and sponsors to find out who the winners are for each category and to find out who is the Pf Awards 2009 ‘Outstanding Performer’.
