The Pf Awards dinner is on Thursday 11th March 2010, at Lancaster London (formerly known as The Royal Lancaster Hotel), Hyde Park, London. Don’t forget to book your tickets!

Tickets cost £300+VAT per ticket and each table can seat up to a maximum of 10 people.

Allocation of tickets will initially go to all sponsors, nominees and their colleagues. Remaining tickets will be released on a first-come first served basis to Pharmaceutical companies only, subject to availability.

• Download and complete the attached Ticket booking form
• E-mail the completed form to enquiries@events4healthcare.com
• Once the form has been received, you will be invoiced for the dinner tickets – upon receipt of payment,tickets will then be issued
• Tickets are needed for entry into the Pf Awards dinner, please bring yours with you as entry is not permitted without one

Prices start from:

• Single rooms from £140.00 + VAT including breakfast
• Double/Twin rooms from £155.00 + VAT including breakfast
