Pf Awards is all about recognising the top performers in the UK Pharmaceutical Industry. The recognition is about being the best in the UK Pharmaceutical industry in your chosen category.
All candidates who reach the Assessment Day are finalists. The top finalists who are announced at the Pf Awards Dinner are the candidates who were top performers in their chosen category.

Prizes are given to all of the winners which is an engraved trophy which highlights the category won, a certificate and John Lewis vouchers.

The "Outstanding Performer" award is awarded to the winner of winners. Together with the trophy and certificate the ‘Outstanding Performer’ will be given £2000 worth of John Lewis vouchers. .

Commendations are public recognition to individuals who achieved the top marks in one particular area of the assessment process. Commendations are announced at the Pf Awards dinner, and the candidates receiving these are sent a certificate after the event to highlight their achievement.

Certificates are sent out to all of the winners and finalists of the Pf Awards, and to those individuals achieving a commendation too.
