• Why do you think it is important that companies enter the Pf Awards?
It is very important for companies to enter the Pf Awards.   Personal development and recognition of success is a great motivator for individuals. The Pf awards are an excellent way to recognise this and to promote future growth and development of individuals.
 
• How do the Pf Awards fit in with Oberoi Consulting’s objectives?
With over 10 years of experience exceeding client expectations we ensure good communication is at the heart of what we do and how we operate.  By sponsoring the Pf Awards, we can show our support for our existing clients and increase awareness of our services, which can benefit both the Pharmaceutical Industry and the NHS.
 
• What do you think are the challenges as a result of the Health and Social Care bill?
One of the main challenges resulting from the Health and Social Care Bill is the changing relationship between Primary Care Organisations/Clinical Commissioning Groups and the Pharmaceutical Industry.  True partnership working is the way forward.  Oberoi is already working on several Joint Working Projects which bring together knowledge and expertise from teams within Primary Care and  Secondary Care and the Pharmaceutical Industry with Oberoi as part of the delivery arm of the solution.
