• Each entering company will have nominated a company coordinator who will be the link between Pf Awards and the candidates
• All entries need to come to Pf Awards via the company coordinator
• Please note that all candidates need to be available for both the Assessment day and the Pf Awards dinner
Pf Awards 2010 - Competition Process
Step 1
Each candidate nomination needs to be supported by an ‘Email entry application’.
Please be aware that your email entry application should be a maximum of 7 pages long including the cover sheet. If you are entering the Learning and Development Initiative or Ethical Leadership in Sales Awards, please refer to the guidelines stated on the entry application form.

Step 2
The completed ‘Email entry application’ needs to be validated by a second Line Manager; then returned to us at enquiries@events4healthcare.com by 5pm on Monday 25th January 2010.
Step 3
Once a panel of judges has screened the ‘Email entry applications’, the candidates will be informed by email, if they are through to the Assessment day by Thursday 11th February 2010.
Step 4
The Assessment day, which is being held on Wednesday 3rd March 2010 at the Walkers Football Stadium in Leicester, is the opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their selling, influencing and presentation skills.
Please note that for health and safety purposes, only candidates that are invited to attend the Assessment day will be able to attend on Wednesday 3rd March 2010.
Step 5
The Pf Awards dinner, which is being held on Thursday 11th March 2010 at Lancaster London (formerly known as The Royal Lancaster Hotel), Hyde Park, is the opportunity for all candidates, company colleagues and sponsors to find out who the winners are for each category and to find out who is the Pf Awards 2010 ‘Outstanding Performer’.
