After the Awards Dinner, Pf Awards provide top line feedback to senior managers. This feedback highlights strengths and areas to develop received from the judges at the Assessment day. This feedback is both at individual candidate level and also at company level too.

It is up to the senior board to decide how this feedback is delivered to the individual, and unfortunately Pf Awards are unable to provide individual feedback or accept requests.
