


Once all the feedback from the Pf Awards Assessment Day has been collated, from the score sheets completed by the independent judges and clinicians, we offer the opportunity to provide top line feedback to Senior Managers. This feedback highlights strengths and areas to develop received from the judges at the Assessment Day. Feedback provided is both at an individual candidate level and also at company level too.
Many companies choose to receive feedback provided on their finalists. This feedback is invaluable when it comes to both Personal Development Plans and Appraisals. Returning candidates can also utilise this information to improve their performance in the competition the following year.
Feedback will provide you with the following aspects:
• Finalists Scores vs. Industry Average
• General comments from the Independent Judges and Clinicians
• The candidates’ areas of strength and areas in which they could develop
• Recommendations
